Emily Roux’s Festive Mille-feuille


This recipe transforms simple crêpes into a show-stopping festive dessert that makes a lovely alternative to Christmas pudding. This festive dessert can be dressed up or down depending on how ambitious (or time-pressed) you are. To ease the pressure in the run-up to Christmas, you can prep and assemble your mille-feuille in advance.
