Our Ethos

We pride ourselves on our attention to detail. We make sure you have everything you need for a perfect experience, from a warm welcome to your own apron to use and take home.

Before you embark on a recipe you’ll find all the ingredients weighed out, and the equipment you need, waiting for you at your individual workstation. So all you have to do is focus on the cooking.

Our classes are small - no more than 12 students - and informal. We deliver inspiring, but achievable results. You’ll be kept on your toes, but not overwhelmed.
