Didier Quémener's Fruity Green Iced Tea

Keep your cool with this light, refreshing infusion of green tea leaves and fresh fruit. Experiment with flavours (mint, verbena, lemon balm) to create a delightfully grown up soft drink.

Didier Quémener's Fruity Green Iced Tea

Didier likes to make this using a cold infusion - the slower process results in a light and refreshing tea. Feel free to vary the flavours with fresh mint or verbena leaves, rasperries, lemons or watermelon.
