A Supper Club for wine lovers

Join Sunday Brunch wine expert, sommelier Raul Diaz and Roux Executive chef Toby Stuart for Suppermelier, our exciting new supper club for wine lovers at Cactus Kitchens. Launching on Thursday 6th and Friday 7th April.

Friends since their days together at Roux at Parliament Square the two amigos know their cabernet from their Cahors. Chilean-born Raul, one of London's leading wine educators has the answers to all your vinicultural questions. Toby, fresh from an adventure-filled sabbatical with Argentine grilling legend, Francis Mallmann presents simple and delicious dishes for uncomplicated but sophisticated dining.

Toby's 5-course menu, designed to show off Raul’s impeccable wine choices, includes a salad of buratta, pumpkin and raddichio with herbs and lamb chop, baked sweet potato and walnut gremolata. Look forward to an evening of good company and good fun sampling seriously tasty dishes with seriously good wine to match.

Thursday 6th & Friday 7th April, from 7pm.
