Brooklyn Brewery chose Cactus Kitchens to host a cooking event on the London leg of its 2016 Mash Tour. The Mash is a week of parties, comedy, pop-up supper clubs, tastings and debates in nine cities around the world all lubricated with plenty of Brooklyn beer. Each stop on the tour shines a light on up-and-coming local artists, food producers and brewers.
The Mash organisers were looking for a stylish and welcoming, non-corporate space with a separate dining room and roof terrace for a ticketed cooking experience hosted by the brewery’s in-house chef. Fifteen guests enjoyed a light three-course summer menu to complement the Brooklyn beers on offer.
