The art of the tart

Michel Roux Jr started with pastry. Apprenticed to one of the finest pastry chefs in France, he spent two years learning the science of pastry-making (and respect for discipline, precision and accuracy in the kitchen). Hands-on and practical, this enjoyable 4 hour cooking class concentrates on the essential techniques and skills required to make perfect patisserie.
