Great wine and Great fun: Tour the TV studios where Saturday Kitchen and other cookery shows are filmed. Next enjoy a relaxed and informal wine tasting session before showing off your talents in the omelette challenge.

Join award winning French born chef, Daniel Galmiche, who is currently Executive Head Chef at The Vineyard at Stockcross in Berkshire.

Daniel's career has taken him all over the world from Sweden, to Singapore to Scotland and London where he worked at Le Gavroche under Michel Roux Jr. During his illustrious career he has been awarded Michelin stars during his teneur at four different restaurants across the UK and is a regular on television and at food festivals. He is releasing his second cookbook, Revolutionary French Cooking, in May this year.

Daniel will cook and demonstrate a delicious dish for you to try before a Q & A session where you'll have the opportunity to ask him questions and get tips and techniques on serving contemporary French dishes.

Cyrus is the author of several books and is a television regular. Most recently he teamed up with Scottish chef Tony Singh for the BBC2 prime time series, 'The Incredible Spice Men.'

Ching has presented several popular cooking shows including Ching's Kitchen and Chinese Food Made Easy and more recently had the privilege to travel and explore China's culinary culture with the godfather of Cantonese cooking, Ken Hom, for BBC2 in a series called Exploring China: A Culinary Adventure

Join the lovely Theo Randall, who's restaurant Theo Randall at The InterContinental, in London, has won numerous awards including being the highest ranked Italian on The Sunday Times Food List 2013 and Harden's 2013 Best Italian over 50.

Theo Randall was formerly Head Chef and Partner at The River Cafe, where he spent many happy years. The restaurant won its first Michelin star under his direction. In 2006 he left to go it alone and set up his own restaurant.

Theo will cook and demonstrate a delicious dish for you to try before a Q & A session where you'll have the opportunity to ask him questions and get tips and techniques on serving wonderful Italian dishes.

Join Gennaro Contaldo, the highly entertaining and passionate Italian, who's credited with teaching Jamie Oliver everything he knows about Italian food.

Gennaro is closely involved in Jamie's Italian restaurant chain and is regularly featured in many of Jamie Oliver's TV series. More recently he starred alongside the other Italian legend, Antonio Carluccio, in the BBC Two Series 'Two Greedy Italians,' which continued for a second series with 'Two Greedy Italians Still Hungry.' Gennaro is also known for his cookbooks, with his latest featuring recipes for family and friends, Gennaro's Let's Cook Italian.

Ben Tish is Chef Director of the Salt Yard Group of restaurants, which serve up a mix of fantastic dishes and wines from across Spain & Italy. The group includes Salt Yard, Dehesa, Ember Yard and Opera Tavern in Covent Garden. Ben's first book, Saltyard was published in 2012 and he has a second coming out in 2015.

Ben trained under Jason Atherton and Stephen Terry, of the Hardwick, and during his time in Scotland at the Crinan Hotel he was awarded Best Newcomer by the Good Food Guide.

Vivek Singh is Executive Chef of 3 London restaurants serving exciting, modern Indian cuisine- Cinnamon Club, which opened back in 2001, followed by Cinnamon Kitchen and Cinnamon Soho.

Vivek was classically trained in India before moving to the UK and was one of the leading chefs that helped to change the perception of Indian cuisine in this country. He has appeared regularly on TV and authored three books, the latest which is
Cinnamon Kitchen.
