Join Gennaro Contaldo, the highly entertaining and passionate Italian, who's credited with teaching Jamie Oliver everything he knows about Italian food.

Gennaro is closely involved in Jamie's Italian restaurant chain and is regularly featured in many of Jamie Oliver's TV series. More recently he starred alongside the other Italian legend, Antonio Carluccio, in the BBC Two Series 'Two Greedy Italians,' which continued for a second series with 'Two Greedy Italians Still Hungry.' Gennaro is also known for his cookbooks, with his latest featuring recipes for family and friends, Gennaro's Let's Cook Italian.

Gennaro will cook and demonstrate a delicious dish for you to try before a Q & A session where you'll have the opportunity to ask him questions and get tips and techniques on serving Italian dishes.

Vivek Singh is Executive Chef of 3 London restaurants serving exciting, modern Indian cuisine- Cinnamon Club, which opened back in 2001, followed by Cinnamon Kitchen and Cinnamon Soho.

Vivek was classically trained in India before moving to the UK and was one of the leading chefs that helped to change the perception of Indian cuisine in this country. He has appeared regularly on TV and authored three books, the latest which is
Cinnamon Kitchen.


Vivek will cook and demonstrate a delicious dish for you to try before a Q & A session where you'll have the opportunity to ask him questions and get tips and techniques on serving Indian dishes.

Martin Morales, bought Peru's famous cuisine, ceviche, to London's Soho with the opening of the aptly named Ceviche in February 2012 and more recently East London's Andina, which serves dishes inspired by the Peruvian Andes.

Martin has been cooking since the age of 11 and is passionate about all things Peruvian- both food and culture. So much so, that he quit his job as Head of Disney Music in 2010 and embarked on his dream of sharing his love for Peruvian cuisine with the UK. He started out with supper clubs and pop ups before securing investment to open Ceviche. He's since been referred to as, "The pioneer of the Peruvian food revolution in Britain," by Food & Travel Magazine and published his first book Ceviche-Peruvian Kitchen in 2013.

Martin will cook and demonstrate a delicious dish for you to try before a Q & A session where you'll have the opportunity to ask him questions and get tips and techniques on serving Peruvian dishes.

Josť is the owner of the aptly names tapas and sherry bar, Josť, and Spanish restaurant Pizarro, both located on Bermondsey Street, close to London's Borough Market. He was recently recognised as one of the 'Spanish 100' - an accolade that honours Spanish people exemplifying success abroad.

When he moved to England over 14 years ago he went to work in some of London's best Spanish restaurants and was instrumental in setting up and running the Brindisa tapas bars before launching his own venture, Josť in 2011. He's the author of two cookbooks, Seasonal Spanish Food and Spanish Flavours.

Jose will cook and demonstrate a delicious dish for you to try before a Q & A session where you'll have the opportunity to ask him questions and get tips and techniques on serving Spanish style dishes.

Join award winning French born chef, Daniel Galmiche, who is currently Executive Head Chef at The Vineyard at Stockcross in Berkshire.

Daniel's career has taken him all over the world from Sweden, to Singapore to Scotland and London where he worked at Le Gavroche under Michel Roux Jr. During his illustrious career he has been awarded Michelin stars during his teneur at four different restaurants across the UK and is a regular on television and at food festivals. His second cookbook, Revolutionary French Cooking, was published in May 2014.

Daniel will cook and demonstrate a delicious dish for you to try before a Q & A session where you'll have the opportunity to ask him questions and get tips and techniques on serving contemporary French dishes.

Join , Ching-He Huang, to celebrate Chinese New Year. Ching isthe face of Chinese cooking on British TV, a passionate and successful self-taught cook. Ching has presented several popular cooking shows including Ching's Kitchen and Chinese Food Made Easy and more recently had the privilege to travel and explore China's culinary culture with the godfather of Cantonese cooking, Ken Hom, for BBC2 in a series called Exploring China: A Culinary Adventure

Join the lovely Theo Randall, who's restaurant Theo Randall at The InterContinental, in London, has won numerous awards including being the highest ranked Italian on The Sunday Times Food List 2013 and Harden's 2013 Best Italian over £50.

Theo Randall was formerly Head Chef and Partner at The River Cafe, where he spent many happy years. The restaurant won its first Michelin star under his direction. In 2006 he left to go it alone and set up his own restaurant.
