Great Chefs and Great Food: Sit back, watch and learn from one of the show's inspirational star chefs as they cook up a delicious Saturday Kitchen inspired recipe for you to taste and enjoy.

Great wine and Great fun: Tour the TV studios where Saturday Kitchen and other cookery shows are filmed. Next enjoy a relaxed and informal wine tasting session before showing off your talents in the omelette challenge.

Join Bryn Williams, Chef Patron of Odette's in London's Primrose Hilll for a fun and informative cooking and tasting session. Bryn worked in a number of prestigious kitchens before setting up Odette's in 2008. He went on to represent Wales in the first series of the Great British Menu cooking for the Queen's Birthday Banquet.

Bryn will cook and demonstrate a delicious dish taken from his most recent book, For The Love of Veg, for you to try before a Q & A session where you'll have the opportunity to ask him questions and get tips and techniques on serving inspired dishes.

The rest of the afternoon will be taken up with the studio tour, informal wine tasting session and the fun Omelette Challenge!

Join Sabrina Ghayour, the food writer and supper club supremo who hosts her incredibly popular Persian and Middle Eastern, 'Sabrina's Kitchen' events. Sabrina is self-taught and her debut cook book 'Persiana - Recipes from the Middle East and Beyond' was voted the Observer Food Monthly's Best New Cookbook 2014.

Sabrina will cook and demonstrate a deliciously flavoursome dish for you to try before a Q & A session where you'll have the opportunity to ask her questions and get tips and techniques on serving inspired dishes.

Ben Tish is Chef Director of the Salt Yard Group of restaurants, which serve up a mix of fantastic dishes and wines from across Spain & Italy. The group includes Salt Yard, Dehesa, Ember Yard and Opera Tavern in Covent Garden. Ben's first book, Saltyard was published in 2012 and he has a second coming out in 2015.

Ben trained under Jason Atherton and Stephen Terry, of the Hardwick, and during his time in Scotland at the Crinan Hotel he was awarded Best Newcomer by the Good Food Guide.

Ben will cook and demonstrate a delicious dish for you to try before a Q & A session where you'll have the opportunity to ask him questions and get tips and techniques on serving inspired dishes.

Vivek Singh is Executive Chef of 3 London restaurants serving exciting, modern Indian cuisine- Cinnamon Club, which opened back in 2001, followed by Cinnamon Kitchen and Cinnamon Soho.

Vivek was classically trained in India before moving to the UK and was one of the leading chefs that helped to change the perception of Indian cuisine in this country. He has appeared regularly on TV and authored three books, the latest which is
Cinnamon Kitchen.


Vivek will cook and demonstrate a delicious dish for you to try before a Q & A session where you'll have the opportunity to ask him questions and get tips and techniques on serving Indian dishes.
