The Michel Roux Jr Premier Experience is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to spend the whole day cooking in an intimate environment with Michel Roux Jr himself, world renowned two Michelin Star chef.

Michel has approved and designed "Cooking the Roux Way" delivered by one of Michel's Protégés. His famous second in command Monica Galetti is also hosting her fantastic "Monica Galetti Experience". Both experiences give you an insight into the ethos of the legendary Roux family's style of cooking.
